In search of some serious advice.
I don’t think that I have posted much about this lately (if at all), but it has gotten to the point that I simply can’t handle it anymore.
My neighbor above clear abuses his dog. At least twice a week.
It is extremely distressing when it happens. It cause my heart to go into a much faster pace which causes extreme palpitations, that don’t go away for hours. I can clearly hear the dog crying for dear life and trying to run from him, followed by loud footsteps from him. A lot of the times there is also shaking of the walls from him beating the poor thing.
I have complained NUMEROUS times to the landlord, and have called the police in the past. (He is currently at it now, and am on the verge of calling them again…) But I was wondering if anyone else had any advise?

We in Aust. have the RSPCA who we can report animal cruelty to and take action on it. Find your equivalent and report.

Do you have some sort of animal control department? They would have the authority to actually remove the dog if they think there is abuse.
